By agreeing to recurring payments, the cardholder authorizes PayMongo to automatically deduct payment from the given credit/debit card account until he/she revokes such authorization. The payments shall be charged at the start of each billing cycle, which shall be dependent on the agreed products/plans. After the processing of payment, the Merchant shall reach out to the cardholder if his/her payment is successful or not. PayMongo shall not be held liable for the Merchant's failure to notify the cardholder regarding the payment status. The cardholder further acknowledges and agrees that the billing cycle and amount to be deducted are dependent on the instructions made by the Merchant to PayMongo. The cardholder also understands that any disputes related to the transactions, including but not limited to the accuracy of the charges or the quality of the products/services received, should be addressed directly with the Merchant. PayMongo acts solely as a payment facilitator and does not have control over the Merchant's actions or policies.
In the event that the cardholder wishes to revoke the authorization for recurring payments, he/she must contact the Merchant directly and follow the Merchant's cancellation or refund policy. It is the responsibility of the cardholder to ensure that the Merchant receives and processes the revocation request in a timely manner to avoid further charges.
Furthermore, the cardholder should keep their payment information up to date. Should the cardholder's credit/debit card expire, be replaced, or otherwise become invalid, it is the cardholder's duty to provide the Merchant with updated payment details to prevent any interruptions in service or product delivery.
By accepting these terms, the cardholder affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions, and acknowledges that PayMongo's role is limited to processing the payments as instructed by the Merchant.
